Shipping policy
THIS SHIPPING POLICY IS EXCLUSIVELY FOR UK ORDERS.
Welcome to our online store! Here at When You're Outdoors, we're committed to providing you with a seamless shopping experience, which includes clear and transparent shipping policies. Please take a moment to review our shipping guidelines .
Upon placing an order, you will receive updates on its status and shipping details, along with the tracking number (via email) once the order has been dispatched.
Regarding the delivery service zone:
Currently our delivery services are only available to locations within the UK. Over to most UK postcodes—this does not include some Scottish Mainland postcodes, the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, or any Other Offshore Locations that the couriers charge a surcharge or are unable to deliver to. Sadly, we cannot ship to the Channel Islands, the Isle of Wight, or the Isle of Man at present.
Processing time:
Processing time starts from the date the order is placed. Normally it takes 1-2 business day (Monday - Friday) to process orders. Once processed, we will proceed to shipping. Every effort is made to ship your order quickly. The deadline for ordering is 2:00 PM (GMT) Greenwich Mean Time (London).
Delivery time:
Standard shipping: We usually deliver orders within 7-14 working days. (Monday to Saturday)* (in regular season).
Delivery Costs:
Orders for free delivery when you spend more than £500*. For order prices below £500* we charge £20.
Our Carriers
We utilise a number of delivery couriers for our range of brands & products, including (but not limited to) APC, DX, XTP & Royal Mail. Larger items can also be delivered via a specialist heavy goods carrier, PALLEX, and others as required.
PLEASE NOTE: Larger items, for example, Sheds, Spas, Pools, Water Features, Climbing frames etc. are delivered by Pallet Service and the courier may want to contact you to arrange a delivery time (please make sure that you have provided us with an up to date phone number as the courier will need this in order to contact you to arrange delivery, failure to do so may delay delivery.
Order Tracking:
Once your order has been dispatched, we'll send you an email containing a tracking number and a link to the courier’s website. If you don't receive this email, please don't hesitate to reach out to our customer service team. Delivery Failure:
If delivery fails due to reasons attributable to the customer (such as providing an incorrect shipping address or being unavailable to receive the package), or if the customer declines to accept the delivery, the package will be returned to the sender (When You're Outdoors) at the customer’s expense. This expense includes any shipping costs incurred, which will be deducted from the total order amount to be refunded.
Change of Delivery Address:
Once your order is in transit, we're unable to change the delivery address. If you need to modify the delivery location, please contact us within one day of placing your order at info@whenyoureoutdoors.com or call us at 0333 880 9062.
After receiving your order:
Please carefully inspect the package and its contents upon receipt to ensure they are intact and complete before signing for delivery. If you discover any damage or discrepancies, please refuse delivery of the goods or sign for them as "Damaged," then contact us immediately.
Order Cancellation:
We regret to hear that you wish to cancel your order! If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll provide you with a full refund upon cancellation.
If your order has already been shipped, you'll need to request a refund once you receive the order. Please refer to our Return and Refund policy for more information.
Holidays:
Please note that we do not deliver on Bank Holidays. Your parcel will be delivered on the next working day.
Tax
whenyoureoutdoors.com does not charge you any additional taxes.
Delivery Time Exceeded:
If the delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us so that we can conduct an investigation.
